AVCon 2007

July 21-22, 2007 – Rock Show

AVCon was officially named AVCon (without the space!) Notable themed events include Anime Idol (run by the Manifest team, the team behind Melbourne’s AVCon equivalent, which ran from 2001 to 2013), an anime song karaoke competition, and Rock Out!, a guitar hero competition. Leading up to the convention weekend, an 11-page comic is released on the AVCon website and forum to promote the theme with Ayvee and Switch (like before, some are available on our Facebook).
